Dear Friends,

The 2008 Cuero Turkeyfest is scheduled for October 10, 11, and 12, 2008. Friday evening remains optional for your food concessions.

The Mall area will be opened at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10th, 2008. The carnival will be open and a street dance will be held from 8:00 p.m. till 12:00 p.m. Saturday, October 11th Mall activities will begin at 12:00 noon and at 12:00 noon Sunday,October 12th. Saturday night you must remain open until 10:00 p.m. Sunday you must stay open until 6:00 p.m.

Booth ideas need not be limited, but, popcorn, candied apples and cotton candy have already been committed to the carnival booths. In addition,NO soft drink products or bottled water allowed, these are vended by Turkeyfest.

What you take in --- you keep.What this means is that your payment of the space fee, which is $250.00 is all you pay and no percentage to Turkeyfest. Tickets are not taken for food booths.

Reservations will be made on a First paid, first reserved basis, as soon as your entry fee is received your booth space will be reserved.

The booths will again be set up in Cuero Municipal Park. There will be specific parking area in close proximity to the mall area for any vehicles and storage trailers. The county health department will be inspecting our event again this year.

For those of you who have never been to Cuero's Turkeyfest, we hope you can join us on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of October. We look forward to your participation and promise a great festival. For the "Old Timers," we welcome you back and look forward to an even greater festival yet.
