Food Booth Vendor

The Cuero Turkeyfest is known for providing excellent food choices thanks to our vendors! We hope you can participate with us this year to make 2012 the best year yet.

General Information

1. Booth fees: For-Profit Food Vendors is $300.00 per space, Non-Profit Organizations is $200.00. Please specify on the form below. This allows you to offer 3 main food items. Items are purchased by cash only – you keep what you take in.
2. Booth space will be given in the Mall area next to the pavilion. Any display equipment, awnings, tables, chairs, or power cords are the responsibility of the vendor. 110-volt electric cord converters will be available for a $25.00 deposit.
3. Space sizes have increased to 20’ X 20’ (outside). Your complete vending set-up must fit within the space you purchase. After purchasing one space, for each main food items after 3 will be $150.00 per item for For-Profit Vendors and $100.00 per item for Non-Profit Vendors.
4. Trailer booths are allowed. IN ALL CASES YOU MUST SUBMIT THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR SET-UP. (Length by Width, in feet). Your dimensions should be submitted with your application. (So we can best prepare for a smooth and efficient set up upon arrival of all vendors.)
5. Popcorn, candied apples, and cotton candy have already been committed to the carnival. In addition no soft drinks or bottled water are allowed – these items are vended by Turkeyfest.
6. All Food booths are required to abide by the rules of the DeWitt County Health Department. Rules will be provided upon request.
7. Entry deadline is September 21, 2012 . Late entries will be considered, if space is available.
8. Setup beings Friday October 12 at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. The Mall opens at 6:00 p.m. Friday. On Saturday, October 13, setup is from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The Mall is open from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 a.m. On Sunday, October 14, setup is from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. The Mall is open from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m. Report to the ticket booth before setup on the first day.
9. Your booth fee must be paid by a Cashiers Check or Money Order and if you are going to pay your entry fee the day of the festival it must be paid in Cash. Please indicate your preference on the form below.
10. Vendors are required to stay until the festival closes on Sunday. Waivers will be granted on a case by case basis for emergencies only

Instructions:

If you will be paying by cashier's check or money order, please mail it made payable to Cuero Turkeyfest at 124 E. Church St., Cuero, TX 77954. Your payment will be returned if registration is rejected. A confirmation letter will be mailed to all accepted vendors. No refunds after registration.

Release of Liability
The Cuero Turkeyfest Assoc. shall in no case be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any persons or property. Regardless of how such loss, damage, or injury is occasioned and by whom and said association shall be indemnified and saved harmless from any and all claims, suits, or judgment brought by anyone as a result of such loss, damage or injury. Entrants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Cuero Turkeyfest Assoc.
