Dutch oven and ribeye registration available at onsite registration only.
Plaques and Prize Money
•Grand Champion cash and trophy/Reserve Champion cash and trophy
•Certificates go to entrants placing 6th through 10th place
•Showmanship 1st-3rd place plaques
•1st-5th Places cash and plaques
•Jackpot pays 50% of pot.

Water & Electric Hook-Ups are Included (FCFS)
Each team will receive 5 festival wristbands good for the weekend.

6:30 p.m.: Head Cooks' Meeting, Rock House
7:30 p.m.: Calcutta Jackpot Buy-In ($25.00)
8 p.m.: Margarita Contest Turn-In, Rock House
Saturday October 14
10 a.m.: Jackpot Beans Turn-In, Rock House
11 a.m.: Jackpot Chili Turn-In, Rock House
12 p.m.: Jackpot Turkey Turn-In, Rock House
1 p.m.: Chicken Turn-In, Rock House
1:30 p.m.: Kid's Pork Chop Turn-In, Rock House
2:30 p.m.: Ribs Turn-In, Rock House
3 p.m.: Showmanship Judging
4 p.m.: Brisket Turn-In, Rock House
6:30 p.m.: AWARDS PRESENTATION, Main Pavilion
