2012 Spring Cook-Off

WELCOME & HOWDY

On behalf the entire Cuero Turkeyfest Board of Directors and the City of Cuero, welcome to the 3rd Annual Cuero Turkeyfest IBCA Spring Cook-off!

The Cuero Turkeyfest Association and the City of Cuero having been working hard in preparation for this third of many Turkeyfest Spring Cook-offs. We hope that y’all will find everything to your liking.

Electrical supply is located on the green RV power towers located throughout the park. We have plug converters available for a $25.00 DEPOSIT. Water supply is available from white PVC manifolds placed around the grounds. These manifolds are connected to the City water supply. We kindly ask that you provide transport of water from these manifolds to your location.

We want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your participation in our spring cook-off. Rest assured we have every intention of hosting our Fall Cook-off at the 40th Annual Cuero Turkeyfest, October 7-9, 2011. You are welcome to and we encourage you to sign up for this event prior to your departure this weekend.

Jackpot pays 50% of Pot to 1st Place

Important notes:

Cook-off Team’s fees include an entry fee of $150.00. Jackopot Entries are $20 per item.

If paying by personal check, check must be received no later than Friday, March 22, 2012. Cash equivalent ONLY after March 23, 2012.

Team Certification (REQUIRED) As the Head Cook, I certify that all team members will read and adhere to all cook-off regulations and rules. The head cook is responsible for all his/her team members and any actions of said team members including damages they may cause to cook-off or other cooking team equipment. Failure to comply with any Turkeyfest representative, regulations or rules may result is disqualification and removal of team from cook-off premises. NO REFUNDS.
Release of Liability The Cuero Turkeyfest Association, Inc. shall in no case be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any persons or property, regardless of how such loss, damage, or injury is occasioned and by whom to have occurred. Cuero Turkeyfest Association, Inc. shall be indemnified and saved harmless from any and all claims, suits, or judgments brought by anyone as a result of such loss, damage, or injury.
