IBCA Sanctioned Cook-Off
The Cuero Turkeyfest Cook-Off is IBCA Sanctioned and includes Jackpot Turkey (any style), Jackpot Pinto Beans, Jackpot Chili, Pork Spare Ribs, Brisket, and ½ Chicken.

Please make sure you read all the rules and regulations before submitting the entry form. The cookoff is open to individuals as well as teams, but is limited to the first 40 applicants. Deadline for entry is Friday, September 28, 2012.
Important notes:
Spaces One through Seven are assigned by silent auction. Auction deadline is Monday, October 1, 2012. Please indicate your intent to bid on the entry form and contact Cuero Turkeyfest Association to submit your bid for a space. All other spaces are assigned at the time cookers check in for set up.
Turkey counts towards the grand champion, and will be used as the tie breaker for grand champion.
Limit one jackpot entry per team per item (beans, chili, turkey).
Cook-off Team’s fees include an entry fee of $150.00. Jackopot Entries are $20 per item.
Beer, Soda, Water, and 20 lb Ice will be available for purchase from Cuero Turkeyfest throughout the festival weekend.
If paying by personal check, check must be received no later than Monday, September 17, 2012. Cash equivalent ONLY after September 17, 2012.
Instructions
Please read all rules and regulations prior to submitting your form. Once your form is submitted, it will be logged with the date and time it was received. If you are selected to participate, you will be sent a confirmation at which time you must submit your entry fee.
If you are bidding on one of the auction spaces, be sure to check the box on the form and turn in your bid no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, October 1, 2012.
