TURKEYFEST COMMERCIAL VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION
The 36th Annual Cuero Turkeyfest will be held October 10, 11, and 12, 2008. We want YOU to be part of the festivities! The general rules for vendors are as follows:
1. Booth fee for Commercial Vendors is $200.00 per space.
2. Booth space will be given in the Mall area next to the pavilion.
Any display equipment, awnings, tables, chairs, or power chords are the
responsibility of the vendor. 110 volt Electric cord converters will be
available for a $10.00 deposit.
3. Space sizes are 15’ x 15’ (Outside). Your complete
vending set-up must fit within the space you purchase. After purchasing
one space, additional space may be purchased in ½ space increments
for $100.00 per ½ space.
4. Trailer booths are allowed. IN ALL CASES YOU MUST SUBMIT THE
DIMENSIONS OF YOUR SET-UP. (Length by Width, in feet). Your dimensions should
be submitted with your application. (So we can best prepare for a smooth
and efficient set up upon arrival of all vendors.)
5. Absolutely no trailers or vehicles will be allowed in the pedestrian
area after setup.
6. Commercial setup begins Friday at 8:00am and ends at 4:00pm.
The Mall opens at 6:00pm Friday. On Saturday, setup is from 8:00am until
10:30am. The Mall is open from 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight. On Sunday,
setup is from 8:00am until 10:30am. The Mall is open from 12:00 Noon to
6:00pm.
7. All Items For Sale Will Be Approved By Turkeyfest Committee

Absolutley No Weapons Of Any Kind Will Be Approved.
Space is being provided in the Cuero Municipal Park next to the pavilion.
Make checks payable to Cuero Turkeyfest. Your check will be returned if registration is rejected. A confirmation letter will be mailed to all accepted vendors. No refunds after registration.
