TURKEYFEST COMMERCIAL VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION
The 38th Annual Cuero Turkeyfest will be held October 8, 9, and 10, 2010.
We want you to be part of the festivities! The general rules for vendors
are as follows:
1. Booth fee for Commercial Vendors is $250.00 per space.
2. Booth space will be given in the Mall area next to the pavilion. Any
display equipment, awnings, tables, chairs, or power cords are the responsibility
of the vendor. 110-volt electric cord converters will be available for a
$25.00 deposit.
3. Space sizes are 15’ X 15’ (outside). Your complete vending
set-up must fit within the space you purchase. After purchasing one space,
additional space may be purchased in ½ space increments for $125.00
per ½ space.
4. Trailer booths are allowed. IN ALL CASES YOU MUST SUBMIT THE DIMENSIONS
OF YOUR SET-UP. (Length by Width, in feet). Your dimensions should be submitted
with your application. (So we can best prepare for a smooth and efficient
set up upon arrival of all vendors.)
5. Absolutely no trailers or vehicles will be allowed in the pedestrian
area after setup.
6. Commercial setup begins Friday October 8th at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00
p.m. The Mall opens at 6:00 p.m. Friday. On Saturday, October 9th, setup
is from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The Mall is open from 12:00 Noon to 1:00
a.m.. On Sunday, October 10th, setup is from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
The Mall is open from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m. Report to the ticket booth
before setup on first day.
7. Entry deadline is October 1,2010. Late entries will be considered, if
space is available.
8. Your booth fee must be paid by a Cashiers Check or Money Order and if
you are going to pay your entry fee the day of the festival it must be paid
in Cash.
9. Vendors are required to stay until the festival closes on Sunday. Waivers
will be granted on a case by case basis for emergencies only.
10. All Items For Sale Will Be Approved By Turkeyfest Committee Personnel;
Absolutely No Weapons Of Any Kind Will Be Approved.
Space is being provided in the Cuero Municipal Park next to the pavilion.
Make cashiers checks or money orders payable to Cuero Turkeyfest. Your
cashiers check or money order will be returned if registration is rejected.
A confirmation letter will be mailed to all accepted vendors. No refunds
after registration.
Cuero Turkeyfest has allowed our NON-PROFIT FOOD VENDORS first pick of
food booth items. After April 30, 2010 all other booth entries will be considered.

The Cuero Turkeyfest Assoc. shall in no case be responsible for any loss,
damage, or injury to any persons or property. Regardless of how such loss,
damage, or injury is occasioned and by whom and said association shall be
indemnified and saved harmless from any and all claims, suits, or judgment
brought by anyone as a result of such loss, damage or injury. Entrants agree
to abide by the rules and regulations of the Cuero Turkeyfest Assoc.
