Commercial Booth Vendors

Visitors to the Cuero Turkeyfest enjoy having a variety of quality vendors to shop with during the three day event. We want you to be part of the festivities!

General Rules:

1. Booth fee for Commercial Vendors is $250.00 per space.
2. Booth space will be given in the Mall area next to the pavilion. Any display equipment, awnings, tables, chairs, or power cords are the responsibility of the vendor. 110-volt electric cord converters will be available for a $25.00 deposit.
3. Space sizes are 15’ X 15’ (outside). Your complete vending set-up must fit within the space you purchase. After purchasing one space, additional space may be purchased in ½ space increments for $125.00 per ½ space.
4. Trailer booths are allowed. IN ALL CASES YOU MUST SUBMIT THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR SET-UP. (Length by Width, in feet). Your dimensions should be submitted with your application. (So we can best prepare for a smooth and efficient set up upon arrival of all vendors.)
5. Absolutely no trailers or vehicles will be allowed in the pedestrian area after setup.
6. Commercial setup begins Friday October 12th at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. The Mall opens at 6:00 p.m. Friday. On Saturday, October 13th, setup is from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The Mall is open from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 a.m.. On Sunday, October 14th, setup is from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The Mall is open from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m. Report to the ticket booth before setup on first day.
7. Entry deadline is September 21, 2012 . Late entries will be considered, if space is available.
8. Your booth fee can be paid by a Cashiers Check/Money Order or if you are going to pay your entry fee the day of the festival it must be paid in Cash. Please indicate your preference on the form below.
9. Vendors are required to stay until the festival closes on Sunday. Waivers will be granted on a case by case basis for emergencies only.
10. All Items For Sale Will Be Approved By Turkeyfest Committee Personnel; Absolutely No Weapons Of Any Kind Will Be Approved.
Space is being provided in the Cuero Municipal Park next to the pavilion.

Instructions:

If you will be paying by cashier's check or money order, please mail it made payable to Cuero Turkeyfest at 124 E. Church St., Cuero, TX 77954. Your payment will be returned if registration is rejected. A confirmation letter will be mailed to all accepted vendors. No refunds after registration.

Release of Liability
The Cuero Turkeyfest Assoc. shall in no case be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any persons or property. Regardless of how such loss, damage, or injury is occasioned and by whom and said association shall be indemnified and saved harmless from any and all claims, suits, or judgment brought by anyone as a result of such loss, damage or injury. Entrants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Cuero Turkeyfest Assoc.
