The 38th Annual Cuero Turkeyfest will be held October 8, 9, and 10, 2010. We want you to be part of the festivities! The general rules for vendors are as follows:

1. Non-Commercial Arts and Crafts Exhibitors: $250.00 entry fee per space (hand crafted items only, no resale items).
2. Space Size: 15’ X 15’ (outside). Any display equipment, awnings, tables, chairs, etc. are the responsibility of the entrant. All booths are outdoors.
3. Absolutely no trailers/vehicles will be allowed in pedestrian area after set up.
4. Entry deadline is October 1, 2010. Late entries will be considered, if space is available.
5. Setup begins on Friday, October 8 at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. On Saturday, October 9, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 am. Sunday, October 10, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Report to the ticket booth before set up on first day.
6. Mall opens: Friday 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m., Saturday from 12:00 noon until 1:00 a.m., and Sunday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.
7. Electricity is available, but we must be notified as required on the registration form when returned. Outlets will be provided. You will be responsible for extension cords. 110-volt electric cord converters will be available for a $25.00 deposit.
8. Items using Cuero Turkeyfest, Great Gobbler Gallop, Turkeyfest logo, etc. will not be allowed unless approved by the Turkeyfest Board of Directors in advance.
9. Your booth fee must be paid by a Cashiers Check or Money Order and if you are going to pay your entry fee the day of the festival it must be paid in Cash.
10. Vendors are required to stay until the festival closes on Sunday. Waivers will be granted on a case by case basis for emergencies only.

The Turkeyfest Association will not be liable for any booth, participant, or equipment.

THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WILL ASSIST YOU FROM 9:00 AM TO 4:00 P.M. MONDAY-FRIDAY AT 361-275-2112.
Make check or money order payable to Cuero Turkeyfest. Your check or money order will be returned if registration is rejected. A confirmation letter will be mailed to all accepted vendors. No refunds after registration.

Regardless of how such loss, damage, or injury is occasioned and by whom and said association shall be indemnified and saved harmless from any and all claims, suits, or judgment brought by anyone as a result of such loss, damage or injury. Entrants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Cuero Turkeyfest Assoc.
