TURKEYFEST ARTS AND CRAFTS APPLICATION INFORMATION
The 36th Annual Cuero Turkeyfest will be held October 10, 11, and 12,
2008. We want you to be a part of the festivities! The general rules for
vendors are as follows:
- Non-Commercial Arts and Crafts Exhibitors: $50 entry fee per space (hand
crafted items only, no resale items). Commercial vendors Click

- Space Size: 12' X I2' (outside). Any display equipment, awnings, tables,
chairs, etc. are the responsibility of the entrant. All Booths
are outdoors.
- Absolutely no trailers/vehicles will be allowed in pedestrian area after
set up.
- Entry deadline is October 1. Late entries will be considered, if space
is available.
- (Optional setup on Friday, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM) On Saturday from
8:00 AM untill 10:30 AM. Sunday from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM. Report to
the Registration Desk located at the entrance to the Arts and Crafts Area
before set up on first day.
- Mall opens: Friday 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM, Saturday from 12:00 noon
until 12:00 midnight, and Sunday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 PM.
- Electricity is available, but we must be notified as required on the
registration form when returned. Outlets will be provided. You will be
responsible for extension cords.
- Items using Cuero Turkeyfest, Great Gobbler Gallop, Turkeyfest logo,
etc. will not be allowed unless approved by the Turkeyfest Board of Directors
in advance.
The Turkeyfest Association will not be liable for any booth, participant,
or equipment.

THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WILL ASSIST YOU FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. Monday
- Friday AT 361-275-2112.
Make checks payable to Cuero Turkeyfest. Your check will be returned if registration is rejected. A confirmation letter will be mailed to all accepted vendors. No refunds after registration.
