Arts & Crafts Vendors
Visitors to the Cuero Turkeyfest enjoy having a variety of quality vendors to shop with during the three day event. We want you to be part of the festivities!
General Rules:
1. Non-Commercial Arts & Crafts Exhibitors: Vendors will be allowed in FREE (handcrafted items only, no resale items) Spaces are limited and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. .
2. Space Size: 15’ X 15’ (outside). Any display equipment, awnings, tables, chairs, etc. are the responsibility of the entrant. All booths are outdoors.
3. Absolutely no trailers/vehicles will be allowed in pedestrian area after set up.
4. Entry deadline is September 21, 2012. Late entries will be considered, if space is available.
5. Setup begins on Friday, October 12 at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. On Saturday, October 13, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 am. Sunday, October 14, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Report to the ticket booth before set up on first day.
6. Mall opens: Friday 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m., Saturday from 12:00 noon until 1:00 a.m., and Sunday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.
7. Electricity is available, but we must be notified as required on the registration form when returned. Outlets will be provided. You will be responsible for extension cords. 110-volt electric cord converters will be available for a $25.00 deposit.
8. Items using Cuero Turkeyfest, Great Gobbler Gallop, Turkeyfest logo, etc. will not be allowed unless approved by the Turkeyfest Board of Directors in advance.
9. Vendors are required to stay until the festival closes on Sunday. Waivers will be granted on a case by case basis for emergencies only.
Instructions:
If you will be paying by cashier's check or money order, please mail it made payable to Cuero Turkeyfest at 124 E. Church St., Cuero, TX 77954. Your payment will be returned if registration is rejected. A confirmation letter will be mailed to all accepted vendors. No refunds after registration.
